Change at the source. Not the surface.
In your career, relationships, or sense of who you are.
That's exactly where we start.
I use the Eye-Access Technique to help people get unstuck and move forward in their life by identifying their patterns and changing them at the source, not the surface.
I had spent years pushing harder, thinking that was the answer.
Change felt hard until I learnt that struggling isn't always a 'work harder' or 'mindset' problem. It's a pattern written into our brain and nervous system.

Succeeding on the outside, empty inside
You have the career. The achievements are good. From the outside everything looks solid. Inside something doesn't quite feel right.
Invisible despite doing good work
You do great work. But the recognition doesn't show up. You don't want to push yourself forward in ways that feel fake — but you also want to be seen, appreciated, and valued for what you bring.
Navigating a culture you weren't born into
You've built a life here. But it doesn't always feel like you quite fit in. Back home felt too constricting to stay. Here doesn't quite feel like home either. Belonging feels like something that happens to other people.
A longing for connection and belonging
There are people around you. But something keeps the real connection just out of reach — in dating, in friendship, in community. You don't feel alone because there's nobody there. You feel alone in the middle of a room full of people.
Knowing what you want but not getting there
The direction is clear enough. But leaving the safety of what you have feels like a risk you can't quite take. You want the adventure and the stability. The gap between here and there feels impossible to bridge.
Carrying it alone
You've always figured things out yourself. It's worked. But it's exhausting. You're not looking for someone to fix you — just someone in your corner who won't question why you need support.
How Did This Happen?
It made sense once
Your brain created these patterns before you were 6 and consciously aware of them. They did their job well — they kept you safe, helped you survive, probably made you successful.
They're no longer useful
The problem isn't that you have them. It's that your brain is still running them, long after the situation that created them and benefitted from them is gone.
This work goes deeper
Neurons that fire together wire together. The Eye-Access Technique finds where a pattern was originally installed, and updates it there.
Lasting change, finally
Your neurons form new connections. The result isn't that you cope better. It's that the patterns stop running. A world of possibilities opens up.
It's Time For Change
Change at the source. Not the surface.
Eye Access Technique finds where a pattern was installed in your brain and nervous system and updates it there. Not by force. Not by willpower. But by helping your brain form new connections.
The result: Your brain's old response simply stops being the one it reaches for.

Clients have left jobs that were slowly killing them, repaired relationships they'd written off, and made decisions they'd been circling for years.
Not by pushing harder. But by removing what was in the way.

People come here stuck in pain and people come here with something they're trying to build. The pattern underneath is often the same. So is the work.
I've been where you are
Your first session is 90 minutes to 2 hours — enough time to actually get somewhere. After that, we'll find the rhythm that works for you
Let's assess
Not everyone who reaches out is in the right place for this work yet. And that's okay.
If you're in active crisis, managing a mental health emergency, or in the early stages of processing acute trauma, then working with a licensed therapist is likely the right first step. Many clients work with a therapist and with me at the same time, and find the two approaches deepen each other in unexpected ways.
If you're stable, and somewhere inside there's a readiness, a curiosity, a sense that something could shift, that's enough. That's exactly where this starts.
Your Journey
I listen first
Before anything else, I listen. Not to fix you, but to understand what's actually happening — what patterns formed, why they made sense once, and what's ready to shift now.
We find the pattern
Using the Eye Access Technique, we locate where the pattern actually started. Not the story you've been telling. The original experience your brain has been referencing ever since.
We change it there
This is where most approaches stop short. We go to the source and work there directly. Clients often describe it as faster than expected -- and gentler than they feared.
The rest follows
Once the pattern shifts, the actions, decisions, and changes tend to follow on their own. You don't have to push. The blocks are gone.
Hi, I'm Anubhav
Unsure how to express myself, where I belonged, what I was actually meant for.
At 23 I left New Delhi, India and moved to the US — not for a job, but to figure out who I was. I had studied architecture for undergrad, but that wasn't it. I didn't know what was.
I stumbled into human-centered design and something clicked. Understanding people — what they actually need beneath what they say they need — that was the thread I'd been looking for. I built a career in Silicon Valley around it, working with companies like Autodesk and PayPal.
But inside I was still the shy kid who didn't know how to take up space.
Invisible at work, I didn't know how to talk about myself or take credit for what I brought. I didn't even know how to connect with women until I was 34. The human side of life in America — how to connect, how to belong, what the unwritten rules were — that felt a lot harder.
So I did what I knew. I pushed harder. Four marathons. Two triathlons. If I could just achieve enough, maybe something inside would finally click.
It didn't. A major injury in 2011 forced me to stop.
For the first time I couldn't push through — so I asked for help instead. A life coach helped me see I had choices. That was new.
I tried everything after that. One modality after another. Most hit a ceiling quickly. Change felt hard, like you needed some magical person with magical powers to make it happen.
Then at an intro workshop by NLP Marin, I did one exercise, privately, in my own mind and something that had seemed impossible — shifted. Quickly. Easily. I was hooked. In class I felt seen for the first time. The way they talked about the human experience, and the ease with which you could change it.
Within three months I was working with an Iraq war veteran with PTSD and someone with severe dental anxiety. Both shifted quickly and with ease. I'd spent years not knowing how to support people, including myself, and suddenly I could.
My own life started to change too. My relationship with myself. My friendships. A challenging relationship with my parents and sister shifted in ways I hadn't thought possible. I began navigating difficult challenges with a clarity and ease I'd never had before.
Now I use the Eye-Access Technique with my clients. It's the only approach I've found that keeps working — across every domain of life, without a ceiling.
This is what the shift looks like in practice.
Things people usually ask before booking
How is this different from therapy?
Will you be going into my subconscious or manipulating my brain?
How many sessions does this usually take?
What does this cost?
Why would I pay for this when therapy is covered by insurance?
I've tried coaching before and it didn't stick. How is this different?
Do I need to have done therapy or coaching before?
What actually happens in a session?
Do I have to talk through everything that happened to me?
Is this confidential?
What if I'm not sure which door fits me?
How do I know if I'm ready?
