Change at the source. Not the surface.

Feeling Stuck?

In your career, relationships, or sense of who you are.

That's exactly where we start.

I use the Eye-Access Technique to help people get unstuck and move forward in their life by identifying their patterns and changing them at the source, not the surface.
I had spent years pushing harder, thinking that was the answer.
Change felt hard until I learnt that struggling isn't always a 'work harder' or 'mindset' problem. It's a pattern written into our brain and nervous system.

"In one hour, I was able to take old, heavy, good-for-nothing convictions — what I'd call 'soul junk' — and chuck them for good."

— J.S.

Why you're still stuck

It's not a character flaw. It's a pattern.

Your patterns keep you stuck and change feels like a struggle. They're wired into your neural pathways, doing exactly what they were built to do. But these patterns are easier to change than you think, once you know where to find them.

What I Help With

If something in your life feels harder than it should

You've tried thinking your way through it. Talking about it. Pushing harder. And you're still in the same place. That's not a failure of effort. It's a sign that something deeper needs to shift.

Succeeding on the outside, empty inside

You have the career. The achievements are good. From the outside everything looks solid. Inside something doesn't quite feel right.

Invisible despite doing good work

You do great work. But the recognition doesn't show up. You don't want to push yourself forward in ways that feel fake — but you also want to be seen, appreciated, and valued for what you bring.

Navigating a culture you weren't born into

You've built a life here. But it doesn't always feel like you quite fit in. Back home felt too constricting to stay. Here doesn't quite feel like home either. Belonging feels like something that happens to other people.

A longing for connection and belonging

There are people around you. But something keeps the real connection just out of reach — in dating, in friendship, in community. You don't feel alone because there's nobody there. You feel alone in the middle of a room full of people.

Knowing what you want but not getting there

The direction is clear enough. But leaving the safety of what you have feels like a risk you can't quite take. You want the adventure and the stability. The gap between here and there feels impossible to bridge.

Carrying it alone

You've always figured things out yourself. It's worked. But it's exhausting. You're not looking for someone to fix you — just someone in your corner who won't question why you need support.

How Did This Happen?

Your patterns kept you safe at 6.

Not at 36 or 66

It made sense once

Your brain created these patterns before you were 6 and consciously aware of them. They did their job well — they kept you safe, helped you survive, probably made you successful.

They're no longer useful

The problem isn't that you have them. It's that your brain is still running them, long after the situation that created them and benefitted from them is gone.

This work goes deeper

Neurons that fire together wire together. The Eye-Access Technique finds where a pattern was originally installed, and updates it there.

Lasting change, finally

Your neurons form new connections. The result isn't that you cope better. It's that the patterns stop running. A world of possibilities opens up.

It's Time For Change

Change at the source. Not the surface.

Eye Access Technique finds where a pattern was installed in your brain and nervous system and updates it there. Not by force. Not by willpower. But by helping your brain form new connections.
The result: Your brain's old response simply stops being the one it reaches for.

We worked on something that happened to me at age 5. The same situations and thoughts that used to trigger overwhelm and terror in me for the last 60 years, no longer do.

Start with a conversation

The hardest part is usually starting.

Sessions are via Zoom. I'm based in Portland, Oregon, and see a small number of clients in person. Clients come from across the US, India, and beyond.

Clients have left jobs that were slowly killing them, repaired relationships they'd written off, and made decisions they'd been circling for years.
Not by pushing harder. But by removing what was in the way.

I'm quite self-aware, so I was curious what Anubhav could show me about myself and the problems I'd been trying to resolve. After just one session, I noticed I was no longer putting pressure on myself. I wasn't in a haste anymore. Even though things were just as hectic, I wasn't triggered by them as quickly.

– M.A.

What's going on for you right now?

People come here stuck in pain and people come here with something they're trying to build. The pattern underneath is often the same. So is the work.

  • Career & Purpose

Career, direction, purpose, what's next? You're at a crossroads or you've been circling one for years. Something in you keeps hitting an invisible ceiling.

There's a door in that ceiling.

icon
  • Connection & Belonging

The patterns in how we connect are often the oldest patterns we carry. Something in how you relate — to a partner, a family member, a colleague, yourself — keeps producing the same result.

It starts with you, not them.

icon
  • Burnout & Overwhelm

You've been the strong one for so long you've forgotten what it feels like to want something for yourself. You're not broken. You're just done performing.

There's another way to be.

Not sure which fits? That's okay, these are starting points, not boxes.

I've been where you are

Your first session is 90 minutes to 2 hours — enough time to actually get somewhere. After that, we'll find the rhythm that works for you

Let's assess

Is this the right fit?

Not everyone who reaches out is in the right place for this work yet. And that's okay.

If you're in active crisis, managing a mental health emergency, or in the early stages of processing acute trauma, then working with a licensed therapist is likely the right first step. Many clients work with a therapist and with me at the same time, and find the two approaches deepen each other in unexpected ways.
If you're stable, and somewhere inside there's a readiness, a curiosity, a sense that something could shift, that's enough. That's exactly where this starts.

Your Journey

Here's what working together looks like

I listen first

Before anything else, I listen. Not to fix you, but to understand what's actually happening — what patterns formed, why they made sense once, and what's ready to shift now.

We find the pattern

Using the Eye Access Technique, we locate where the pattern actually started. Not the story you've been telling. The original experience your brain has been referencing ever since.

We change it there

This is where most approaches stop short. We go to the source and work there directly. Clients often describe it as faster than expected -- and gentler than they feared.

The rest follows

Once the pattern shifts, the actions, decisions, and changes tend to follow on their own. You don't have to push. The blocks are gone.

Hi, I'm Anubhav

I've felt like a misfit for as long as I can remember.

Unsure how to express myself, where I belonged, what I was actually meant for.

At 23 I left New Delhi, India and moved to the US — not for a job, but to figure out who I was. I had studied architecture for undergrad, but that wasn't it. I didn't know what was.
I stumbled into human-centered design and something clicked. Understanding people — what they actually need beneath what they say they need — that was the thread I'd been looking for. I built a career in Silicon Valley around it, working with companies like Autodesk and PayPal.
But inside I was still the shy kid who didn't know how to take up space.
Invisible at work, I didn't know how to talk about myself or take credit for what I brought. I didn't even know how to connect with women until I was 34. The human side of life in America — how to connect, how to belong, what the unwritten rules were — that felt a lot harder.
So I did what I knew. I pushed harder. Four marathons. Two triathlons. If I could just achieve enough, maybe something inside would finally click.
It didn't. A major injury in 2011 forced me to stop.
For the first time I couldn't push through — so I asked for help instead. A life coach helped me see I had choices. That was new.
I tried everything after that. One modality after another. Most hit a ceiling quickly. Change felt hard, like you needed some magical person with magical powers to make it happen.
Then at an intro workshop by NLP Marin, I did one exercise, privately, in my own mind and something that had seemed impossible — shifted. Quickly. Easily. I was hooked. In class I felt seen for the first time. The way they talked about the human experience, and the ease with which you could change it.
Within three months I was working with an Iraq war veteran with PTSD and someone with severe dental anxiety. Both shifted quickly and with ease. I'd spent years not knowing how to support people, including myself, and suddenly I could.
My own life started to change too. My relationship with myself. My friendships. A challenging relationship with my parents and sister shifted in ways I hadn't thought possible. I began navigating difficult challenges with a clarity and ease I'd never had before.
Now I use the Eye-Access Technique with my clients. It's the only approach I've found that keeps working — across every domain of life, without a ceiling.

I work with people across industries, geographies, and life circumstances. Some clients are public figures or executives who require complete privacy. That's handled without question.

You don't have to figure it all out on your own.

Start with a conversation — where you are, what feels stuck, what you want instead. That's all it takes.

    30 minutes

    No commitment

This is what the shift looks like in practice.

In their own words

Things people usually ask before booking

  • Therapy helps you understand your patterns and process what happened. This work changes the patterns at their source -- where they were originally installed. Many clients work with a therapist and me at the same time, and find the two approaches deepen each other. They're not competing. They work at different levels.

  • You stay fully present and aware throughout every session. This isn't hypnosis, and it isn't anything that happens to you without your knowing. You're in the driver's seat the whole time. What changes is that your brain gets to update information it's been holding since early in your life -- with your conscious participation, not around it.

  • It depends on what you're working on. Some clients feel a significant shift in two or three sessions. Others work with me over several months on deeper or layered patterns. We'll have an honest conversation about what makes sense for your situation on the discovery call.

  • Sessions are currently $125. I've set this rate intentionally while I build my practice -- the work is the same regardless of the price. The intro call is free, and there's no commitment.

  • That's a fair question. Therapy through insurance is genuinely valuable, and I'm not here to replace it. What this work does is different -- it operates at a level that talk therapy typically doesn't reach, which is why many clients do both. If your therapy has helped you understand your patterns but the patterns are still running, that's usually the signal that something else is needed. This work is often what fills that gap.

  • Most coaching works at the level of goals, mindset, and accountability. That's genuinely useful for some things. This works at the level where the patterns actually live -- in the brain and nervous system, often from much earlier than you'd expect. The difference isn't a better coach. It's a different kind of work entirely. If something has kept not sticking despite your best effort, that's usually a sign the approach needs to change, not you.

  • No. Some clients come with years of inner work behind them. Others are starting fresh. What matters is readiness -- a genuine curiosity that something can shift.

  • We talk. I ask questions that go somewhere. Using the Eye Access Technique, I help you locate the pattern -- often earlier than you'd expect -- and we work there directly. Most people describe sessions as surprisingly gentle and surprisingly fast.

  • No. You don't have to narrate your history or relive difficult experiences in detail. The Eye Access Technique can locate a pattern and work with it even when you have limited memory or language for what happened. You share what you're comfortable sharing. The work doesn't require you to excavate everything -- it just needs a thread to follow.

  • Completely. Some clients are public figures or executives who require absolute discretion. That's handled without question, without you having to ask twice.

  • Book a call anyway. The three doors are starting points, not boxes. We'll figure out what's actually happening and whether this is the right fit — honestly, with no pressure.

  • You don't have to feel ready. You just need to be curious. If some part of you suspects something could shift — that's enough. That's exactly what the intro call is for.

I wouldn't have done it without you. The promotion came through — along with a 20% raise.

If you're still wondering

Start with a Conversation

Most people feel a shift in the first session. You'll leave with more clarity than you came in with — and real movement, not just a plan.
